Who we are

Cosecha Digital Ltd (company no. 17084997), 53 Burntwood Road, Hammerwich, Burntwood, Staffordshire WS7 0JQ, is the data controller. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

If you use the contact form or email us, we keep your name, email address, organisation and message so that we can reply and, if you ask us to, carry out work for you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and performance of a contract where one follows.

The contact form is processed by Formspree, which forwards your message to us by email. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to that transfer.

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact, or longer where needed for a contract or legal obligation.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
