AI that earns its place on a working farm.
Cosecha Digital helps UK agricultural businesses adopt AI well: independent consultancy on what to use and where to run it, talks and training, WhatsApp automation, and our own farmer-facing knowledge products.
What we do
AI consultancy
Help for agricultural businesses adopting AI: where it fits, which tools to choose, how to roll it out to a team, and when to run private models on your own hardware.
Speaking and training
Plain-English sessions on practical AI for farming audiences, agricultural companies and industry events. Working demonstrations, not slides about the future.
WhatsApp marketing and automation
As a VOXD.ai reseller we set up WhatsApp-based marketing and customer conversations for agricultural companies, and build the integration layer that joins it to your data.
AI products for agriculture
Our own development work, starting with a rights-cleared store of UK farming knowledge that any AI model can search, built so every answer cites its source.
Current project
Can AI help advise everyday agronomy decisions?
A farmer-led, 16-month trial funded by Defra's Farming Innovation Programme and delivered by Innovate UK. Twenty to thirty farmers and agronomists will use an AI assistant on WhatsApp through a full cropping year, with every answer grounded in trusted UK sources and cited back to them. Cosecha Digital is the AI technical partner.

Why Cosecha
Cosecha is run by Chris Fellows, who has spent twelve years inside UK agricultural media, growing the commercial side of The Farming Forum, Farm Classifieds, Direct Driller and Tech Farmer, and editing Direct Driller. That means the AI work starts from how farmers actually find information and make decisions, not from the technology.
Cosecha means harvest in Spanish. The aim is simple: take the enormous amount of good UK agricultural research and knowledge that already exists and make it usable in the moment a farmer needs it.
